General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by Bar.Tu Antwerp.

1.2 By using our services, you agree to these general terms and conditions.

Services and Delivery

2.1 Bar.Tu Antwerp will provide the cocktail and beverage catering services as described in the offer or agreement.

2.2 Delivery times are indicative and non-binding unless otherwise agreed upon.

Prices and Payment

3.1 All written prices from Bar.Tu Antwerp are in euros unless otherwise stated in the offer and/or on the invoice.

3.2 To execute the order, Bar.Tu Antwerp may invoice a portion of the price (up to 50%) as a deposit to confirm the booking and ensure final payment.

3.3 In specific cases, Bar.Tu Antwerp may require the customer to pay a deposit for the purchase/rental of components for the order or for providing event materials.

3.4 After the offer is confirmed, the customer will receive a deposit invoice for 30% of the total offer amount within 3 working days, payable within 3 days of receipt. This can also be paid in cash.

3.5 Bar.Tu Antwerp will present the invoice to the customer on the day of delivery. The received deposit will be deducted.

3.6 The customer must pay the invoice within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.7 If payment is not made within the specified 15-day period, Bar.Tu Antwerp reserves the right to charge the following additional costs:

• Interest of 2% per month (or part of a month) on the outstanding amount.

• Collection costs amounting to 10% of the unpaid invoice amount.

• Engagement of a Collection Agency: In case of non-payment, Bar.Tu Antwerp may engage a collection agency. The associated costs will be fully borne by the customer. This provision is effective regardless of any complaints or disputes regarding the services or products provided.

Cancellation and Modification

4.1 Cancellation of services must be made in writing and is possible up to 15 days before the start of services.

4.2 Changes to the order may result in adjustments to the delivery time and/or price.

Liability and Loss

5.1 Bar.Tu Antwerp is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profits, and damage due to business interruption.

5.2 The liability of Bar.Tu Antwerp is limited to the amount paid out by our liability insurance in the relevant case.

5.3 In case of damage, theft, or loss of cocktail glasses, €8 per glass will be charged.

Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights related to the services and products provided by Bar.Tu Antwerp remain the property of Bar.Tu Antwerp.

6.2 Without written permission from Bar.Tu Antwerp, it is not allowed to copy or use the provided services or products.

Applicable Law and Disputes

7.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

7.2 Disputes arising from or related to these general terms and conditions will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in Antwerp.

Other Provisions

8.1 Bar.Tu Antwerp reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. Changes will take effect thirty (30) days after notification to the customer.

8.2 If a provision of these general terms and conditions is found to be invalid or voidable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
